My husband likes the shirt and I think it will soften up a bit with a few more washes, I'll also add that it washed well and there was no shrinkage, I washed it in cold water. I personally think it's a great shirt, however I think the labeling of a tee shirt is not an accurate description of the fabric but of the style yes. This shirt is soft so that's a plus but the color is faded already so that was sad. And it fades slightly more in the wash. I know it's a box fit but it does make me look wider than I am. It also does slightly shrink in the dryer. It doesn't look like I will be getting more of this box fit anytime soon.
