order cancelled

My order only got cancelled two days after I got the order-confirmed email in October. It indicated that because ‘we're not able to fulfill the item(s).’. I was very disappointed and a bit miffed. But now I found that this item is fully stocked and for sale online. I’m not sure why my order got cancelled.
