HOW IT WORKS
1. Drop off your item at any of our participating Levi’s® stores. Repairs and length alterations are available for most products, not just denim (see FAQ below).
2. Our Levi's® staff sends the item to United Repair Centre where it's repaired or altered.
3. You'll get an email from us along every step of the journey. After two weeks, your item is ready for in-store pickup.
4. Pick it up, wear it and love it even longer.
