I’m under 6 feet and finding jackets that don’t make me look shorter is impossible, til now. I’m 5’ 7” with a 36” chest. I got the medium. My shoulders are the most muscular part of my body so even though I’m quite slim it’s impossible to wear jackets that are my size without limiting my mobility (for example when driving reaching the steering wheel) unless I size up (“oversized” jackets still end up being quite long on me). This jacket fits me exactly how I want. It’s a little stiff and thus looks a little big when you first put it on, but by the end of my first outing with it, it draped on my body perfectly (no wash yet). I love that it has 4 buttons on the placket. 5 always looks too long in my opinion. It’s a take on the type I jacket so no side pockets but that’s fine because it’s actually short enough to not block my pants pockets, which in my opinion is how the type I was designed to fit. If you’re over 6 feet this probably feels cropped to you; just a warning unless you can rock that look.

Note: This jacket is definitely cropped. If that's your go-to look this is a great piece. Otherwise, I do not recommend this. The description does not seem to note this is cropped / says it is cut with a standard fit which is untrue. I only could tell it was cropped ahead of time because of the amount of buttons compared to other jackets I have + fits right to the waist on this model.

Die Jacke ist extrem cropped - aber ich finde den Schnitt ingesamt ziemlich gut! Der Stoff zieht Fusseln an - das ist nicht so schön - positiv finde ich die silbernen Knöpfe!
