Never received, so disappointed

I never received my order, and it was only canceled after I took the initiative to inquire about its status. It seems highly likely that the order would still be pending had I not reached out for an update. The fact that the company oversold a product and couldn't properly manage its inventory—despite the advanced technology available today—is truly disappointing. For an organization of this size, with such a long-standing reputation, I expected far better service. Customers deserve more reliable communication and a smoother purchasing experience, and I hope this serves as a call for improvement in customer care and operational efficiency.
