The size corresponds to the declared one, the only thing is that the difference is noticeable in my hips and waist, so the 28 size is quite loose in the waist. My parameters are waist 70 cm, hips 101 cm. The skirt is of the correct, comfortable length, I am comfortable.

Well constructed button front skirt. Unlike some I have tried, there is enough fabric under the buttons to prevent immodest gaps. I like to ear over leggings
