Sadly had to return these as they are just too long for me especially as they are wide leg. However if Very had offered these in short I would snap them up. They do come up big so if your between sizes size down.

The only complaint I have about these jeans is be prepared to wash them a couple of times before you wear them because they smell like they have been sitting in an old musty warehouse since the 1970’s when the wide leg was previously in style.
I have purchased 4 pair of blue and 2 pair of black and they all stink, stank, stunk.

I prefer a mid-rise and these are perfect. They have enought stretch for comfort. Nice fit through the hips and then wide all the way down.

These jeans are great, they are fitted in the waist and hips with wide legs that don't cling at all. Exactly what I wanted! On the basis of other reviews I sized down from a 20W to an 18W, and that was the right thing to do, they fit very well. Also, the waist doesn't stretch out after a day of wear as so many "stretchy" pants do, where you have to add a belt to keep them up after a few hours. I washed them and wore them for a day, and then ordered another pair I liked them so much.
