During the term of the competition, notices will be activated by the Promoter to members of the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program, via Newsletters or from the Levi's® Red Tab™ App, CRM communications, levi.com, Levi's App, social paid media, POS instore, announcing the activation of the Competition.

The following steps must be taken by the Participant within the term specified under the heading DURATION in order to enter the Draw under this Competition, in which the prizes listed in the appropriate heading "PRIZES AND PRIZE POOL” are up for grabs:

• Access the dedicated Competition website www.summeressentials.it

• Enter all data requested in the registration form:

o Name

o Surname

o Date of birth

o Telephone number

o E-mail address used for registration in the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program

• After entering the data and ticking the box of acceptance Rules and consent to data processing for the purposes of the prize competition, Participants can click "PLAY NOW" and they will be directed to a game page, where they will have to answer a question:

o In case of a wrong answer, the Participant will see a negative outcome of participation on the screen and will be invited to follow future events.

o In case of a correct answer, the Participant will see a message on the screen confirming the successful completion of the quiz and the system will automatically send an e-mail to the address provided at the time of entry (which must be the same as the one given when registering in the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program), where his/her participation in the Final Draw will be confirmed.

It is specified that:

• In the event of a wrong answer, participants will NOT be able to re-enter the quiz and re-attempt participation;

• In order to be eligible for the prize draw, participants may register for the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program either before or after entering, and in any case by the end of the participation period indicated under "DURATION". It is a prerequisite that the e-mail used for registration matches the e-mail used for participation;

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify, at the end of the Competition and in order to enter the final draw, that each Participant is actually a member of the

Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program, otherwise the possibility of participating in the draw will be forfeited;

• Those who answered correctly and proved to be members of the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program will be awarded 1 entry to the Final Draw;

• Each member of the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program may enter the Competition only once (and hence possibly win only one prize); any subsequent entries to the Competition with the same e-mail address will be blocked, as will any wins subsequent to the first by the same person.

Participations in the final draw will be verified by the Promoter via the participant’s stated e-mail address in order to admit only members of the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program.

By the timeline indicated under the section "DURATION", a prize draw will be carried out from among all the members of the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program who, during the period, have correctly answered the quiz questions in accordance with the provisions of these Rules. The prize draw will be carried out by means of certified software applied to the database containing all the eligible entries received; the draw will be conducted in the presence of a public trust officer of the Chamber of Commerce or a Notary Public.

No. 1 winner will be drawn for the Trip to Ibiza and No.1 Levi’s Gift Card and n.10 winners of a Levi's Gift Card (who will be awarded the prizes indicated under "PRIZES AND PRIZE POOL") and 5 reserve names for each prize up for grabs will be drawn in the same manner as above, in the order of draw, in case the main prize winner:

• turns out to have won another prize upon verification of his/her identity documents during win validation.
• becomes untraceable by failing to acknowledge the award with the term and in the manner provided therein.
• is found to have participated in a manner that does not comply with the provisions of these rules and if the award is forfeited for any reason.

For the purposes of the final draw, the technical characteristics of temper-proofness and randomness of the draw software applied to the database containing all the entries are certified by a special computer report issued by the same software programmer; this document is attached to the event launch documentation forwarded to the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

The www.summeressentials.it entry page containing the participation database is hosted on a server physically located in Italy and appropriately protected, as indicated in the dedicated expert report.

From this database, all the entries entitled to participate in the draw will be exported to a file; the draw algorithm described above will then be applied to this file in the presence of a Chamber of Commerce official or a Notary Public.

Participants' personal data will be stored using protective measures to safeguard data integrity; the database is accessible only by authorized and previously identified personnel.

The prizes up for grabs in this Final Draw Competition are as follows

The trip includes:

• A pair of round-trip airline tickets
• Transfers to/from the hotel
• 2 nights in hotel at the Los Felices Hotel Ibiza, located at Sant Josep Bay, Ibiza, with B&B accommodation including Voucher for drinks in hotel worth €50.00 for each person (included in prize valuation)

With reference to the trip, it should be noted that:

• Anything not expressly mentioned in the prize description shall be borne by the winner;
• The winner shall book the flight and hotel on his/her own through the arrangements communicated at the time the prize is awarded, subject to availability of flights and the hotel in the period indicated above (from 15/07/2024 to 29/09/2024). When booking the hotel, the winner may be requested to give his/her credit card details: such request is not envisaged at the Promoter's request. It is only required for the purpose of booking and access to the facility and will not entail any immediate charge related to the costs of the trip, which are borne by the Promoter.
• If the trip is not booked within the time limits set out and communicated in the notice of win, the winner is not entitled to any refund.

• If the winner does not show up or does not arrive in time for the flight departure, the Promoter shall not be held liable in any way, no other reservation can be requested and no claim for refund may be made to the Promoter by the winner.
• If the winner is unable to use the prize during the period indicated, it will NOT be possible to change the date of the trip; requests to reschedule the period or place of destination envisaged by the prize are equally not allowed.
• The winner and the accompanying person must be of legal age.
• The accompanying person must travel together and in the same vehicle as the winner and sleep in the same room as the winner in a double room.
• The Promoter may NOT, even upon winner's explicit request and even with winner's expense contribution, add additional participants to the Trip, the travel and overnight arrangements.
• The amount of travel and accommodation expenses is determined on a conservative basis in order to define a fair prize pool value that will cover all costs involved in moving to the destination and the overnight stay. Should the travel and overnight stay generate a cost lower than the value defined presumptively no adjustment may be claimed by the winner.
• The costs incurred to get to the place of departure of the trip (airport closest to the winner's residence) and the return from the airport to the place of residence are excluded, so they will be borne by the winner.
• The Promoter shall not be held liable in the event that the winner is prevented from reaching his/her destination for any reason attributable to his or her responsibility: no refund is provided under any circumstances.
• The winner is required to have valid documents, all of which must be valid for expatriation and not be subject to expatriation restrictions: in the absence of the necessary documentation to reach the destination, there can be no request for replacement of the prize or a refund of the trip;
• The Promoter shall not be held liable for any accident or incident that may occur to the winner during the trip;
• The trip does not include medical/baggage insurance;
• The Promoter shall not be held liable for any damage to property or persons that may occur during the trip;
• The prize up for grabs is not convertible into discount vouchers, money or products/services other than the prize described, nor is the winner entitled to claim, with or without the addition of money, the option of receiving different prize(s), even if of lesser value.

From the second to the eleventh draw, 1 (one) Levi’s Gift Card worth € 150,00.

The Gift Cards that can be used on the www.levi.com site cannot be replaced or fractioned into more Gift Cards or Vouchers of lesser value do not entitle to change in cash, are non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-convertible into cash and non- marketable.

TOTAL INDICATIVE PRIZE (assumed) €3,650.00

The deposit due on the value of the aforementioned prize pool has been made in favor of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy in accordance with Article 7 of Presidential Decree 430/2001.

Any prizes that, due to unforeseen circumstances or any reasons beyond the Promoter’s control or force majeure, may no longer be available or cannot be awarded in the form/type envisaged by these rules, shall be replaced by prizes of equal or greater value and, possibly, of a similar nature.

Only winners will be informed of the outcome of their participation via e-mail; non- drawn participants will not receive any communication.

Winners will be contacted by e-mail at the address provided at the time of their entry into the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program and indicated in the entry form, and will be informed of how to validate their winnings; winners may also be contacted for any prize award arrangements by telephone at the number provided upon entry if available.

Winners are required to reply to the Promoter, as and how specified in the email, no later than 5 days after receiving the win notice, and release a prize acceptance form according to the instructions received, which will be used only for prize delivery and prize competition closing purposes.

The participant's identity data taken from the participant's ID card must match those indicated at the time of entry and sign-up for the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program, under penalty of forfeiture of the win.

Upon successful review of the conditions for taking part in the Competition and on acceptance of the prize, the award will be finally validated.

If the winner does not send in due time the prize acceptance notice and the required documents, as well as the details of the accompanying person in the case of the Trip winner, he/she will lose the right to the prize and the Promoter shall proceed in the same manner as above by sending the win notice to the first eligible reserve.

It should be noted that the prizes will be delivered to the winners free of charge within 180 days of the draw date, as provided for in art.1, subsection 3, of Presidential Decree 430/2001.

The Promoter reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks to ensure compliance with the entry terms and conditions.

Any fraudulent modification or attempt to modify elements determining the successful participation in the competition is prohibited.

Participants who, in the Promoter's unquestionable judgement, are proven to be winners by adopting means and instruments capable of circumventing the randomness of the initiative, or in any case judged to be reasonably suspicious, fraudulent or in breach of these Rules, the normal course of the initiative shall be disqualified from this Competition.

Participants will not be permitted to use any automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or method to access, modify, copy or monitor any part of the Entry Site, or reproduce, change or circumvent in any way the browsing pattern or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any material or information

through any means unintentionally made available by the Promoter through the Entry Site.

The Promoter reserves the right to take measures to prevent such activities and disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant is involved in such conduct.

The Promoter reserves the right to act, as it deems appropriate and in compliance with the applicable law, in order to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the devised system.

The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate, even retrospectively, the win for those who act or have acted in breach of the Rules or have engaged in conduct that does not comply with the entry rules, interferes with the registration process or qualifies as being fraudulent or has attempted fraud for the purposes of entry in the Competition.

Moreover, the Promoter accepts no liability in the event that any of the following conditions occur:

• Winner's e-mail  or   telephone   number  is incorrect or        non-existent      or discontinued;
• Winner's mailbox is full or disabled;
• The prize win notice e-mail sent to the winner ends up in spam;
• There is no response from the winner's e-mail server after the winner's prize award notice e-mail is sent or the e-mail address is disabled;
• The participant has used a temporary/no longer active e-mail address or telephone number;
• Documents received were illegible, unintelligible or incomplete.

In addition, the winner is entirely responsible for the proper operation of his or her e- mail inbox with particular reference to:

• the timely receipt of the win notice containing instructions for claiming the prize;
• the adoption of security measures to prevent any unauthorized parties from accessing his/her mailbox.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 101 of 10 August 2018, harmonizing the Personal Data Protection Act (Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003) to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR, the participants’ personal data collected in connection with this competition will be processed both manually and with the aid of computerized means, solely for the purposes of participating in this prize competition and prize delivery.

Failure of participants to consent to processing for the purposes of the competition will prevent them from participating in the prize competition.

Personal data, whether in hard copy or electronic format, will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes in accordance with the provisions of current legislation or fulfil specific legal obligations, unless otherwise stipulated.

The Data Controller is the competition Promoter Levi Strauss Italia s.r.l.

Data may be disclosed to delegated and/or appointed companies responsible for and involved in the management of the event, as well as to other third parties appointed by the owners of the supply of instrumental services or otherwise necessary for managing the competition, such as, by way of example and not limited to, Notaries Public, partners who provide the competition prizes, the Judicial Authority, the Police and Public Bodies, but always and in any case solely for the purpose of carrying out the procedures related to the event, as well as the fulfilment of obligations required by law and/or regulatory rules and/or provisions of the Public Authorities. The data communicated to third parties will, in any case, be processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and legal regulations.

Data not processed for marketing purposes will not be passed on to third parties and will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Personal data will be processed in order to manage the competition and ensure its correct and regular execution in accordance with the regulations governing it, as well as in order to enable participation in the initiative itself and to carry out related activities (e.g. prize awarding, final prize draw, win notice, prize award, etc.).

Users may request the updated list of Data Controllers and Data Processors at any time and exercise the rights recognized by Articles 15-22 GDPR (including revoking consent to the use of personal data, partially or completely blocking personal information, requesting information on the Personal Data held by the Data Controller and requesting any modification thereof).

The Data Controller shall not be bound to delete personal data as long as they are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected as well as for the proper performance of the event.

Personal data are processed either by the Data Controller or any delegated persons in compliance with the security measures provided for in the Privacy Act against any loss, modification or access by unauthorized persons.

Competition participants can view the privacy policy available on the event website or at https://www.levi.com/IT/it_IT/legal/privacy-policy .

The event will be made known to members of the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program, via Newsletter or the Levi's® Red Tab™ App, with CRM communications, via levi.com, Levi's App, social paid media, POS instore.

Any changes that (subject to the rights acquired by the participants) may be made to these rules during the course of the event will be immediately communicated to the participants by the same means of communication used at the start of the competition.

The Promoter assumes no liability for any documentation required for the validation of wins not being received due to any mailing delays and causes of any other kind not attributable to it or due to transmission issues and/or operator inefficiency or any other cause not attributable to the Promoter.

The Promoter assumes no liability for any access problem, impediment, malfunction or difficulty that may prevent the consumer from accessing the WEB service and participating in the competition.

The Promoter assumes no liability whatsoever in the event of non-delivery of communications relating to prizes due to participants providing incorrect and/or untruthful personal data.

Participation in the prize draw entails the participant’s unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained herein with no limitation whatsoever.

The Promoter may revoke or amend the terms and conditions of this prize draw for just cause, pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1990 of the Italian Civil Code, by giving prior notice to the recipients using the same communication methods as those adopted for the official communication of the initiative to the public.

It should be noted that entry in the competition is free of charge and that any internet connection charges for participation will be subject only to the rate agreed by the participant with his/her telephone operator; therefore, no additional cost for the participant is envisaged.

The Promoter hereby declares that it waives the right to withhold tax pursuant to Article 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29/09/73 in favor of the winner.

For anything not expressly provided for in these rules, Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26.10.2001 shall apply.
