“GIVE BETTER, GIVE BACK” - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We believe giving back never goes out of style, that is why we are launching this initiative

• Buy any Levi’s® product during Black Friday Day and we will match your purchase with the same number of Levi’s® products as donation to the German NGO “Heimatstern e.V.” which focus on refugee relief, as well as other humanitarian causes

• The initiative will take place on 27 November (Black Friday Day)

• The number of products donated to the NGO will be equal to the number of products you purchase (e.g. You purchase (2) Levi’s® product = We will donate (2) Levi’s® product). However, the products donated could not correspond to the same type of product(s) of your purchase (e.g. You purchase (1) pair of Levi’s® jeans – We could donate (1) Levi’s® top)

• We will not provide consumers any information on the donations we made to the NGO.

• · The initiative is available in all markets in which our Levi’s® 247 program is currently available: Czech Republic, Italy, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Great Britain

• · In order to support this initiative. You just need to:

• Be a Levi’s® 247 member. If you are not yet a Levi’s® 247 member, you can sign up via our Levi’s® App, at the nearest Levi’s® store or via levi.com;

and

• Make a purchase on our Levi’s® stores, levi.com or via our Levi’s® App

• The Promoter of this initiative is Levi Strauss & Co. Europe SCA/Comm.VA with registered office at Airport Plaza – Rio Building, Leonardo Da Vincilaan 19, 1831 Diegem, Belgium. Do not send any correspondence to this address

• For the purpose of this donation, the Promoter has engaged “Good360”, a charitable organization which acts as an intermediary in charge of the product donation to Heimatstern e.V. (end beneficiary).

• If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control, if it is necessary to modify, suspend, or cancel this Initiative, the Promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform Participants by putting up a general notice on levi.com, on Levi’s® stores or by any other means

• Promoter reserves the right to substitute the product(s) donation to the NGO with an equivalent financial donation

• This initiative will be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any claims and/or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any right of any Participant to bring or defend a claim in the jurisdiction in which (s)he resides
