To celebrate the 150th anniversary of our 501® jeans, we were drawn (pun intended) to honor its distinctive details with a quirky twist: Every detail of our 1955 501®—from the Two-Horse Pull patch to the packaging and even the red tab—has been meticulously recreated by hand.

Changed for the worse

I own an older pair of this style. I was so happy with them i ordered these ones. For some reason the cut is much slimmer and they r now shrink to fit. As only 34 length is avail, they shrunk to 3/4 length pants after first wash. Insane.

C'est au moins la troisieme fois que vous nous faites le coup du "dead stock à Cone Denin ". Je suis un afficionados de votre marque j ai acheté les dernieres collections et editions spéciales mais la à 490 euros, j'abandonne.

Hallo Levis,
ich kann vorherigen Bewertungen und Meinungen nur beipflichten.
Levis-Vintage-Clothing - eine tolle Idee - ich habe über die Jahre ca. 25 Hosen dieser Serie gesammelt- wir waren mal bei 180,- € für wirkliche Nachbildungen aus den verschiedenen Jahrgängen - das es nicht billiger wird, ist normal, aber 500,- € unangemessen.
Außerdem fehlen bei Beschreibungen wichtige Details bei den Produktangaben - zum Beispiel:
- haben die Hosen verdeckte Nieten an den Gesäßtaschen,
- Shrink to fit - um wie viele Größen laufen die Hosen bei unvorbehandeltem Stoff ein,
- big E - Schild - ab wann und warum,
- Sevedge - eine Erklärung für "Nichtkenner",
- auf welchen Webstühlen wurde der Stoff wo hergestellt,
- Cone Denim - was ist das,
Warum hat Levis die alten Cone-Webstühle nicht aufgekauft und läßt die Vintage-Serie nicht exklusiv in den USA herstellen ? - dies würde auch Preise bis 400,- € rechtfertigen !
Das Marketing sollte sich mit Liebhabern, Fans und "Wissenden" der Historie von Levis austauschen oder sich entsprechend belesen - für das derzeitige Vorgehen der Marke würde sich Löb Strauss im Grab umdrehen...

Il faut être sérieux. Vous devriez rajouter une goutte de pétrole pour avoir un prix encore plus élevé.
