I got the 478 12 inch Baggy Shorts from Levi’s for my husband recently and he loves them! He has the medium wash color and they look great on him. He was really happy with the cut, feel, and size. These shorts sat at his waist comfortably and was baggy enough to be loose but not too much. The denim material is the quality you expect from Levi’s - classic, tried, and true! Very happy with this!

Levi’s 478 Baggy Shorts are honestly so solid. I wasn’t sure about the super baggy fit at first but once I put them on it just worked. The length is perfect, not too long, not too short. Color’s clean and easy to style. Whole thing gives off that laid-back 90s vibe without trying too hard. I’ve been wearing them nonstop lately, they’re just mad comfortable.
The waist was a little tight so I’m exchanging for a 32, which is my true size. I originally went with a 31 because I really wanted to try this style and 32 wasn’t available at the time. But I love the fit and the look so much, I’m definitely getting more colors.

These 478 Baggy Shorts are a solid choice for a relaxed, casual look. The 12-inch inseam offers a roomy fit that’s great for everyday wear. My 17 years old teen liked the style and comfort but mentioned he’d prefer them a little longer since he’s 6 feet tall and they sit just above the knee on him.
The denim is sturdy but still flexible enough for movement, and the five-pocket design is practical. The waistband fits true to size (29 was perfect), but if your kid is taller or wants more length, you might want to check for 13"–15 inseam shorts instead.
Good quality, true to size, and comfy—just wish they came in a longer option for taller guys!
