Great alternative to a type III

Great Jacket. I'm 5'8" 185lbs (42" chest, 34" waist) and a size medium fits great. I can fit a flannel under it or wear with just a shirt. The addition of the hand warmer pockets really makes this a much more functional jacket than the traditional one. It has huge inside pockets because of the hand warmer pockets. this is my movie jacket because I can fit a burrito and a tall boy in the inside pockets. I wish they would do this style in a Type II as well. You won't find a Type I style jacket for this quality for this price anywhere else.

I bought the Type 1 Trucker Jacket, which is a vintage model. I love the interesting details, including the tabbed buckle back. There's even a inside pocket on both sides. It fits well. I saw from other reviews that the fit was big. It is slightly boxy, but the sleeves are perfect. I had a favourite jean jacket that I wore for years. I had to part with it because of wear. Now this Levis jacket is the perfect replacement.
