Well made, a joy to wear.

I was very excited to see looser styles return after roughly two decades away. However, men’s clothing seems to shift a bit more slowly than women’s and I was starting to worry that the aesthetic would pass before I could find a well-manufactured, truly wide leg pair of jeans that matched the mid-90s looks that my parents wouldn’t allow me to embrace fully at the time.
To my personal relief, this is exactly what I was looking for, albeit at a higher price point than I’ve ever allowed myself to reach when buying casual clothing. The cost appears to be worth it thus far. The material has a comforting thickness to it, the stitching is flawless.
As I’ve seen mentioned, they do feel a bit long, but I would suggest that’s mostly to do with the wider opening. I’ve found them easy enough to cuff and in the right pair of shoes or boots, fraying near the heel is less of a concern.
