So cute, but runs small & no stretch

I'm 5' 6", 145 lbs, 38" bust, 29" waist, 38" hips, athletic/musclular bubble butt. I wear 26 in levis denim, 25 high stretch denim. I bought the leopard skirt in 26, fabric has NO stretch, & was too small. I need a 29 in the waste for this skirt.
