This is a great spin on the 501. The taper leg makes these old classics look current. The top and waist are the same as 501 standard but the leg tapers down below the knees, I would say the fit is slight tighter than standard 501 because of the modification. I put the jeans on and they fit like a glove ... as if I had been wearing them for months. The 501 button-fly style is my favorite and the slim taper fit is perfect for my physique. Along with my boot style 501s, I now have a great set of excellent jeans.
