I was so happy to find this jean on the website so decided to become a REDTAB member. It was delivered yesterday, so excited to try it on. I ordered 27 and found out it runs way big. I wanted to exchange it with a smaller size 26. I called the help center to get a real help, but answered she can't do anything cause of its return policy. I still love this jean very much, and want to wear it. I know it is final sale, but I think it is the best item of other regular priced items I ordered on Sep. 19th. Please help me stay a REDTAB member and exchange a smaller one. I really want to wear it.

5'4", 127lbs. Size 27 too baggy for me so I returned for size 26 and they are perfection! 30 inch inseam falls just above the floor and I'm able to wear with boots, heals or flip flops.
