I much prefer the style of the Type 1 and 2 jackets to the Type 3, was stoked to find it on sale in this nice dark rinse and I guess intrigued to buy my first piece of selvedge denim. I copped and almost kept a relaxed fit type 3 and I felt that was a true relaxed fit, I could have gotten away with wearing a medium in that. This did not seem oversized at all, it seemed to fit like the regular style type 3 I had tried on, which was a pleasant surprise. It looks trim but still had enough room that I could throw a sweater on under it.

The jacket is comfortable and three-dimensional. I want to buy all the colors.

I think they did a great job on these. I got two. I would have preferred a flap pocket but what can you do. I have a vintage Type 1 that I can retired now for a while.

I received a Levi's jacket for testing and review. It's a very nice jacket, well-made, and the denim is thick and comfortable. I received it in size L. I'm tall, and it's a perfect fit. It's oversized, and very comfortable. Perfect for cooler days. I recommend it.

This jacket is great. It does run slightly bigger so maybe order a size down. I got a small even though I'm a medium and the small fits me great.

EXCELLENT jacket! Classic Levi's quality and style. I'm 6 foot, 220 pounds and the XL is the way to go if your frame is similar. The XL will provide room for stylish shirt, a sweatshirt or hoodie. A LARGE which I nearly ordered after reading some of the reviews would have DEFINITELY been snug on my larger frame.

Love the fit and quality of this Type 1 jacket. It’s heavyweight 100% cotton denim. I normally wear a size medium but I ordered a small and I’m glad I did. The small fits exactly how I was hoping it would. The wash is deep blue that I can tell is going to fade nicely. A little on the pricey side for a jean jacket, but the quality holds up to the price. I can tell this will be my go-to jacket for many years.

This jacket does run a bit bigger than other trucker jackets but man this is a great purchase for the price point. I ordered the selvedge version and the details are amazing. The denim is pretty neppy and has selvedge ID lines on the buckle closure in the back as well as an ID line on both flaps of the inside closure. Compared to a normal premium trucker jacket, this item seems to fit about a size larger. It is not raw denim so I do not expect much shrinkage so I would suggest sizing down if you want a slimmer and more snug fit. They do advertise this as a relaxed fit, so I wasn't surprised with the larger fit. I would recommend ordering your normal size if you want to wear this as a layer over a hoody.
