This jacket is exactly what I've been looking for. The boxy fit description runs true. I am 5'11" tall and weight about 77kg and size small fits me very well. The dimensions of S size are: Width: 23" Length:23" Shoulders: 20" Sleeves: 25" Not everyone can carry this jacket as the fit and styling were made for more vintage styles from the 50's such as wearing high rise trousers. If you are into those era of fashion like me, this jacket is a must grab. I did not hesitate one bit getting this jacket. Every detail was well put together. The thread colors were the same as the fabric color, making it look more stylish. It also does not have the back clincher like the usual Type 1's which makes for a cleaner look. But what I love most about this jacket is the body and sleeve length. The body length ends just a little below my natural waist, and as a long armed fellow, the sleeve end just below my wrist bone. These two features are now extinct in all RTW garments.

It’s fantastic — but, be warned, since it tries to be faithful to the original cut, it’s much more cropped than expected, and there are no pockets.

At first seemed long in the sleeves but once it was washed it shrunk down perfectly. Great fit and very nice jacket.

The material on this jacket is fantastic – super thick, detailed, and unique. Love everything about that. However, the cut/fit of the jacket is odd. It's cropped very short which causes it to flare out. The sleeves are also very roomy. I feel like I'm floating in this jacket. Sizing down would only make it even shorter. If you've got a bold style and can pull it off, you'll stand out in a crowd. Levi's, if you're listening, use this same denim on a more traditional style jacket!
