Levi’s choice for lousy delivery

I’m sure I would have loved it if Levi’s used a traditional delivery company instead of this cut rate situation that Levi’s insists on using. Levi should think of customer service as a main dish rather than the stuff they scrape off the plate into a garbage can.
Product was not delivered and after waiting for some kind of information from Levi’s for over a week I finally just cancel the order and got a refund.
Chances are, I won’t be back because Levi’s has more loyalty to their crappy delivery service then their customers.
