I bought this skirt in my usual size but because it doesnt have any stretch it was super tight on the hips and fine on the waist. It is a beautiful skirt. Wondering when and where I will wear it. If you have a big difference between the hips and the waist size up.

Skirt is GORGEOUS 😍 Definitely size down because even the 24 was slightly baggy on me. I'm an XS in bottoms 5"4 and weigh 108 lbs. It's more of a gold color in person and material feels like quality denim. I recommend trying it on in store first if this is your first purchase from Levi's like me.
