Variable feast with regard to size

I have these jeans (many pairs) in white and pale blue in the same composition of 97% cotton 3% elastane & the pairs I just ordered are much heavier & also much bigger on the thighs & bottom. I tried a size smaller & they’re still too big on the thighs. Non of the other 11 pairs I have already are too big.
