They run too small

These jeans run too small. I ordered a second pair going way up in size and neither fit and can't be returned or exchanged. I really wanted them and I'm disappointed! I have two pair that I'm stuck with that don't fit.

Good afternoon people of the levi’s company !!! to thank you for sending the pants with special edition patches but I want to ask you a question : 1- if I can exchange the pants for the same pants because I don't like that the symbolic and emblematic label of levi’s on the back of the right bag that is RED always brings the white letters LEVI’S and these pants that you send me looks like a REPLICA because it is nothing more than a simple plain and common RED LABEL !!!!!I!!!!! I want the LEVI’S WHITE LETTERS brand on the RED LABEL please so I want you to do me the Big favor of changing the pants for the same pants but with the RED LABEL with the WHITE LETTERS of LEVI’S please !!!!!!!!! Por confiar en la marca y el modelo antes de ponerme los pantalones le quité las etiquetas y ahora no los puedo regresar. Pésimo y decepcionante.
