Le Levi’s 501, c’est tout simplement l’essence du jean parfait : une coupe droite qui traverse les décennies sans jamais perdre de son allure, une toile robuste pensée pour durer, et ce style authentique qui fait qu’on le reconnaît immédiatement. Indémodable, polyvalent et toujours flatteur, il s’adapte à toutes les silhouettes et à toutes les époques. On comprend pourquoi il est devenu une légende : c’est le jean qui a défini tous les autres. Un investissement sûr, intemporel, et un indispensable de toute garde-robe.

I finally did it. I have transitioned into an adult male and bought the Levi’s 501s. I am now metamorphosed from “person wearing pants” to having a “style moment”. First off let’s talk about the button fly. It’s a workout and a high stakes race against my bladder but feeling like a gold miner, who has struck it rich and I have never felt more rugged than I do now sitting in a Starbucks. The fit is where the magic happens. After a few hours they molded to my posterior, which I would say the feeling was like watching the notebook again for the first time. They have made my backside look like it belongs in a high budget commercial, and give me that “I totally own a vintage motorcycle” energy. (I don’t, I drive a 2009 rust bucket, but the pants don’t know any better. If you see me standing a little taller today, that’s because I am wearing the best pants ever made. 10 out of 10. Would struggle with the buttons again.

Ich bin ein Fan himmelblauer, oder auch den Stonewashed, 501 Original Jeans seit ich meine Erste in wirklich hellem Blau mit 16 bekam (bin nun 42). Bis auf eine dunkelblaue Mustang Jeans und eine Levi's 504 sind alle meine Jeans Hosen 501 regular, straight Cut und eine Boot Cut. Ich bin echt ein 501 Fanboy! Mein nächstes Ziel wäre eine dieser 50'er Jahre Schnitt 501. Die gefallen mir richtig gut.
