Ordered this backpack when I realised how long I needed to be on the tube to get from the train to my hotel in London. It was perfect. Compact but spacious. The handles for carrying through crowded places were invaluable and straps were perfect for hoisting everything onto my back when I got tired. Enough room for a full change of clothes, hair straighteners and overnight bathroom bag and my laptop. A really nice piece of kit.
