About this Style

Our Barrel jeans are inspired by folks who wear super oversized vintage 501® Original jeans, cinching the waist like a paper bag and in turn creating an exaggerated "barrel" shaped leg. What that means for you: these jeans are constructed with a relaxed, looser fit and a slight taper, then cropped at the ankle. The overall effect is a bold, slightly curvy shape.

Nice but too big

I like the design but the size is too big for me. Asian woman here! I usually have size 27 nonstretch in Levi’s. I shoud’ve downsized it to 26. I returned it to the outlet though and reorder size 26.

Great fit! Love the cropped leg, roomy in the seat which is RARE in 100% cotton. Great for a girl with a backside. I am 5’6” 145lb. Hourglass shape. I’ve worn them everyday since getting them. They are beautiful - the color the fabric weight. I want more!!!

Great 100% cotton denim material; not too balloon-y. I'm not sure of the Made in Japan mystique, but I'm a petite older Asian woman and sizing down from a 6 to a 4 is the perfect fit. Everything fits waist-size, hip-size and thigh-size; since I'm 4'11", it doesn't seem too cropped. I purchased on sale with no returns, and for once, no regrets on rolling the dice on this purchase!

I rarely am compelled to write reviews but these fit so perfectly. I’m 5’4”, 41 years old. Had my first baby 11 months ago, and none of my pants fit. When I read the other reviews saying these ran big, I took a chance and bought my normal size. They hold me in without feeling uncomfortable and the denim quality is great! So happy with this purchase.

The fit and feel of these jeans is delightfully old-school - 100% thick, beautiful denim with no stretch, a high waist and room y legs. Be wary of the sizing, however - I had to buy these 3 times (once with no refund) in order to get my size. They run VERY large. I suggest buying 2 sizes down.
