Could’t retrun

I bought my son new sneakers but i got wrong size i bought another per and went to return it . When i am on drop off they scans return lable and said is not walet and they did few more time i was shocked the return label wasn’t working and only three days go I receive my parcel i am so annoyed i had to go to shop to return and nearest shop is about 27 miles away to my home i am so disappointed am not going to shop here again because of that i only give u one start
