This is a quality construction garment - it has the denim look while still being somewhat soft and flexible. The small details like stitching and buttons add flair to the shirt & western style pockets. As a man with a stocky upper body not all shirts fit true to size or look good, if you want it to be that just right size order your normal size. If you’re looking for a looser oversized fit I’d go one size up - There was no apparent odor present on the shirt.

I wear lots if western shirts & decided to try Levi's Barstow model. What a pleasant surprise , great year round weight not too tight + all the authentic western features ie snap button, scalloped trim etc ... I'll buy more

This Barstows, various washes, are my go to. They are just too cool. Whoever I want to feel confidence, feel good about how I look, I reach for one of these. I play guitar on stage on occasion, and these shirts always remind me that I belong up there. Can’t say enough about these shirts.
