Bought a size down size I noticed it says "runs somewhat big." They are tight in the waist and hips but wearable. The rich dark blue looks great with most tops, the fabric is light and comfortable and I trust it will open up and fit in time. However, I would recommend going with your usual size so if they are big, you can just cinch them in as intended.
