This shirt is very nice, but zipping up in the back is hard for me. The sleeve pleats may need to be ironed down as well, they are puffy. I am busty and that and the puffy sleeves need to be balanced by flattening the sleeves with iron.

Cutting not good to me as too narrow for me to fit in. It's really not good experience for me on buying through online. I think shop fitting is really important for me.
