I got my 501s in a 33x34 (I usually wear 32x30 in all other pants) and the fit was good. After a wash the jeans shrunk down perfectly and are now fitting amazingly well. The length came to about 31.5 and the waist is about 32. I couldn’t not be more pleased. I love these 1954s much more than my 1947s.

Me queda perfecto. Me encantan. Cómprate una talla más grande de largo y cintura. Luego 20 minutos agua fría y los tienes hechos, la siguiente lavada haz lo mismo, pero antes de hacerla dales caña, hay que domarlos antes de la segunda lavada.

Repetí. Me compré unos y me compré un Segundo par de Denims. Tuvieron un poco de mala gestión en logística con mi envio, pero la atención al cliente fue expendida y lo solventaron muy rápido. Volvería a repetir con un tercer par. Jajajajajaja.

These are shrink fit despite not described as such on the website. The ones I bought were true to size at the waist and an inch longer in the leg. That worked out perfectly for the sit in the warm bath method of shrinking for 30 mins. They are now the perfect length and waist is ok too. The denim is much stiffer than my other pre washed jeans. They are expensive but comfy and I hope will be with me some time. Read instructions for size and shrinking before purchasing I was lucky.

#SweepstakesEntry these are like they used to make them except it’s now organic cotton, was it then in 1954? I don’t know. Made in Japan , maybe better than they used to make them. They are snug on me when a regular pair of 34’s are just right, the 36’s are slightly loose, I wish we had a 35 to pick from. These will be my summer pair to break in and fit my skinny legs better than the wide leg ‘55’s

This is my first purchase from Levi's and I've been looking for a good heritage-inspired style that would suit my wardrobe. Needless to say, the LVC 1954 jeans ticked all of my boxes except for one thing, I wish the rise would have been a bit higher. I usually tuck my shirts in and it's more flattering to have a higher rise for a tall and slender body like mine. Nevertheless, the jeans look and feels great. I can clearly tell the quality from touching the denim. As for the fit, it's a good thing that I did a little bit of research before buying it, because I would've gotten my usual size in jeans which is size 33. This is a shrink-to-fit jeans, meaning the jeans would shrink as soon as you wash it. That's why it is advisable to go 2 sizes up when choosing from the LVC collection. I wish AU Levi's website has more information about this especially for people buying online. Knowing about the nature of the jeans, I still went for size 34x34 (unfortunately, that's the only available size online) which weirdly enough fits about right on my waist pre-washed. After washing it with cold water, the hem now rest nicely on my ankle which is how I prefer it. The jeans is hugging just right on my legs as well and doesn't restrict my movements too much. The waist however, is a bit tight but still wearable. At least I can still tuck my tee or shirts in there without looking like a muffin. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase and would definitely get the bigger size as I'm eyeing the 1955 jeans for my next buy.
