Dissatisfied

I am a size 28.5 cm and bought a size 10 which says it's 27 cm . Still is very loose for me .

Incorrect size chart mentioned

The shoes were amazing quality but I'm highly disappointed with the size chart. I'm perfectly 27 and the shoes mentioned were 10 size which is odd and it's super loose. I can't find an option for replacement as well which is sad.
