True to size, gorgeous quality. I know the care is to not wash it. I am concerned with the care if cleaned. It warns not to wash or dry clean. But, I love them so much I might get the companion Jacket. Thanks Levi for producing quality products

Dear Levi’s Customer Service, it has now been a month since I placed orders #226724115 and #225383528. I am exhausted from checking the order status every other day, only to find that it hasn’t changed. I understand that the delays are due to the Canada Post strike and that this situation is beyond your control. However, I am no longer willing to wait for these orders. Please resolve this issue with them directly and process a refund for me. I do not have the time or desire to continue monitoring the status, and I hope for your understanding. Once again, I acknowledge that this is not your fault, but I am simply too tired of waiting. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
