The M65 fishtail jacket original size S and the blue tab size M seem to be about the same size. The fabric is a bit too flowing, which is a shame. The arm seams and the drawstrings at the waist and hem seem to mimic the original shape well. It would have been nice if it had buttons on the inside to attach a lining, like the original. (That would make it perfect for winter wear too. Levi's would have been even better if they had included a lining and sold it alongside this jacket.)

The denim is very soft and feels high quality. Structure looks very nice. My only concern is that there are small white specks that stick out of the fabric throughout the piece. They seem to be intentional but I also have not seen it in my other Japanese denim items so I cannot be 100% sure.
