I bought the blue and then a week i came back to get this black . Why ? The japanese pieces just looks different as the frabric is homogeneous across the whole jeans and it looks sharp plus the stitching is different from the others

Honestly pretty good if you get these at the right price. Selvedge, good black, light wash and didn’t require a lot of time to break in. I like the amount of stretch they have, it’s not too much. Retains its shape. Mine ran a bit large, but not sure if that means anything, it’s Levi’s online so you are always gambling with sizing. Good entry level denim when on extreme sale, not worth full price.
