Wish sizing was consistent across colors

I ordered this pair of 501s (40% viscose, 60% cotton) color switch teams-dark wash in size 23, as well as the original (100% cotton) 501s in size 23. There is definitely a size difference. This pair, in the color switch teams, no stretch is sized larger than the 501 originals in color shout out stone no stretch. I would say almost a full size larger than the other pair. I do love the color though, so I am going to keep them and hope they shrink or take them to the tailors to take the waist in. Pay attention to the line under the length choice "Customers say Runs big" it's definitely an honest description of the sizing related to color. I really wanted these jeans to be perfect! I will try and update once I wash them. For reference, my sizing is 5'8", 115lbs, 24" waist, 35" hips, and I got the size 23 x 32 inseam based off the size chart. The length is just right for me.
