I liked them as soon as I saw them. Reason? The fabric looks and feels like the classic "canvas" from the 60's. The blue is like the original as well. Classic American jeans.

The Levi's Original 501 jeans have served me well. The fit (34 x 34) and quality have remained consistent for over 50 years of purchases. When work (Farrier-horse shoeing) indicated a need for a fresh pair, the older, worn pair still functioned great as casual jeans. Plus they were comfortable during their entire life cycle.

Non-stretch jeans that fit great with straight leg, mid-weight material. So glad I found these jeans at Macy's. Cant stand stretch jeans with narrow cut legs. I love Levis and look forward to buying more!
