Love this denim! Heavier than most stretch denim with a really nice wash

The 502 has a nicely subtle taper and updated look for a person that usually wears 505 or 501. The Biggs 502 has a substantial weight to the denim and a slight stretch-perfect for Fall/Winter. The wash appears to have a natural wear rather than a contrived appearance. The leather patch is thick and distinctive. The back pockets have upper corners with darker thread reinforcement. This is my favorite jean now (alternating with 502 raw denim). This is a high-quality jean.

As a chubby dude we already don’t like wearing pants- you really need to get these bigger sizes on point. I ordered 4 pairs same pants just different colors and each one fits different. Frustrating to order online but everytime I go to stores they don’t have my size 38-30s it’s very limited.

Jeans looked good and were comfortable. After 2 wears, I have a hole at the front face near my waist and a belt loop broke. I wasn't doing anything strenuous either. Bad set of pants that I regret buying.

I have a long happy history with buying and wearing the Levi's brand. However, I recently ordered the 502 jeans in my usual size 30x32. My initial try on was awkward in that i could barely get them over my upper thigh. I took them off and tried again with thinner under garments. I managed to get them all the way on, zipped up and buttoned. I struggled walking to my mirror feeling as if they were about to burst off of my legs. These jeans have a regular to a tapered opening. I was given the impression that they would have a little more seat room than the 511's that I usually wear in the same size. I was sadly mistaken.

The material is made of some extremely thick canvas like denim. I thought washing would help soften it and made the mistake of putting it for wash before trying it on. 32x32 is my standard size and I have 10-15 pairs of Levis jeans in that size. This 32x32 is about 4 inches longer than the standard.
