I initially panicked when I realised that the jacket I had I ordered online was too big for me, I thought that even if possible it would be an ordeal to get an exchange for the right size, I called my local store to see if I could do an exchange there but they did not participate in returns for online shopping, it was only then that I looked at the packaging I had received my item in and what it contained, I was so relieved to see a returns form and label and also that I could reuse this packaging to return my item, also as a Red Tab member there was no charge for this service, it was so easy and I received me replacement item within a few days, I am so impressed with this service, I would like to say a big thank you to all the Levi’s team that were involved with my exchange.

I haven't owned or worn a Levi Denim Jacket since high school in the early sixties. It was fun wearing one again and reliving my younger days. They are still strong, comfortable, and just the right weight for the early Fall Days or cool summer nights.

My Favorite Jacket. I’ve had mine for about 50 years. My wife turned the collar around because it was very worn. Warm and beautiful. I Love it!!!
