The jacket is very comfortable and snug. It fits true to size. I like it because it offers enough room to layer underneath, yet still leaves enough room to move comfortably. For example, in my case, I wear a T-shirt and a heavy flannel shirt underneath. I bought a size M; I'm 5'6" and weigh 140 lbs.
