    I had skirts like this in the 90s. I bought the 31 and my waist is closer to 32/33 and it fits me just right. I really wish it was sold in tan khaki.

    Potentially a very good skirt, but Very recommended size 30. I'm usually a size 10 or 12 depending on the brand. I ordered a 30 and a 29. Both were enormous. I have ordered a 26 and a 27 to try and will return the others
