My love for all things Levis even extends to their mens wear. I love the idea of mixing some masculine sweaters into my feminine wardrobe and absolutely fell in love with this Redwood Rugby Sweater that is the perfect color combination for fall. The vintage feel of this warm and cozy sweater is reminiscent of Levi’s classics with its polo collar and relaxed fit. I have been pairing it with jean shorts and sneakers on warmer fall days and jeans and leggings for colder days. My brother especially loves this sweater because he is dying to steal it from me when I am not looking!

The style of the sweater is what love the most because you can wear it with a nice pair of dress pants or even casual pair of jeans. It’s made with wool so you definitely expect to be warm and stay warm while you wear it. We ordered a Large and it fits perfectly. If you are looking for a sweater this season for all your family get togethers or even to give as a gift for your loved one this sweater is absolutely perfect.

The fall temps in New England are going to drop down to highs in the 50s later in the week, so the timing of this sweater's arrival could not have been more ideal. The design is rugby-style with redwood and cream stripes over navy. The color combo is the perfect blend of OU and UCONN for football season as well! The neckline of the sweater is polo-style with two buttons and a folded collar. It has a 'relaxed' fit with a bottom hem. The XL size fits my husband perfectly. (He’s 5’10” and 210 lbs.) The fabric is 80% wool and he says it's somewhat itchy, so he will need to wear a long-sleeved undershirt with it to be comfortable. It has a great weight and will be durable going into the winter months. We're definitely happy with the overall look and fit.

Even though this Redwood Rugby Sweater is adorable, the wash test didn’t go as planned, it pilled up and shrank. To be fair, it might be user error… it’s a wool blend with zero care instructions. I used the cold delicate cycle, but clearly, it had other plans.
