Bad Experience
Received an item that was totally different from what was advertised (the item advertised apparently doesn't exist). Customer Service simply asked me to return the item if I am not happy and wanted a refund, no compensation at all.

Al zo lang was ik op zoek naar een fijne fleece en deze is perfect! Het model, de stof, de kleuren. Vaak zijn dit soort truien en vesten wat stug maar hier kan ik mij gewoon in bewegen. Ik ben super happy!
