Victoria Cao doesn’t need much — all the clothes she owns can fit on a single clothing rack. And she’s self-sufficient — the first thing she did when she heard about the worldwide lockdown was build a greenhouse in her Oakland backyard to grow food. The Levi’s® senior marketing manager can transition between baking, working and gardening without ever having to change clothes, because she’s manicured her wardrobe over the years to be ready for anything. This, in her own words, is what she’s wearing.

This second look is my go-to lazy outfit, my everyday denim. I usually switch between white and blue 501® jeans — when I feel like my blues need a rest, I wear all white. I love the monochrome, but lately I’ve been mixing it up a little bit and trying to be more bright-colored because I’m home all day.

We assembled the greenhouse to stay home, at the beginning of the lockdown. I have some spinach that I’m growing from feed, and tomatoes and basil. And I’ve started growing more than food: plants and flowers to cut and have in the house. I have some anemones and poppies that I’m planting, some roses and hydrangeas.

I’ve been on the sourdough bread train, too. I’m going all out. I have a lot of time.
