The 2020 Style Forecast

December 26, 2019

From trouser-like silhouettes to nostalgic bucket hats – our upcoming pieces will be the exclamation mark to your new wardrobe. Here’s what we’re most excited about:

1. Puffy Sleeves

We took the volume of Victorian-era blouses and redesigned them for today in relaxed silhouettes. With airy lantern sleeves, they’ll add a feminine touch to all our slouchy fit pants.

2. The 501® '93 Straight

We’re bringing 1990s style to a new generation, one pair at a time. Inspired by 501® Jeans from 1993 owned by Bob Haas (the great-great-grand nephew of Levi Strauss), the 501® ’93 Straight is a bit roomier in the seat and thigh for a true vintage fit, with the same signature straight leg loved by 501® fans for almost 150 years.

3. Balloon Jeans (and Pants!)

Make room for a new favorite. Oversized and exaggerated, our Balloon Pants’ relaxed shape feels loose and roomy, but looks structured and fitted. With an ultra-flattering high-rise, front pleats and a slightly tapered leg that hits at the ankle, you’ll get a tailored silhouette.

4. Dad Jeans

We took cues from vintage men’s jeans of the ’90s to create a slouchy fit for women that looks flattering — and feels totally modern. Relaxed at the waist with a straight leg, our Dad Jeans should be worn low on the hips for an effortless vibe (yes, you can pull it off).

5. Garment-Dyed Sweatshirts

Our garment-dyed styles come in a range of colors with the same feel as your favorite old tee or sweatshirt. With their vintage-inspired aesthetic and super-soft fabric, you can finally dye happy.
