Ah, de zoektocht naar de perfecte jeans. Het is een reis die velen van ons zijn begonnen, maar weinigen hebben overwonnen. Van te wijde tailles tot zomen die over de grond slepen, het vinden van de juiste pasvorm kan een echte uitdaging zijn. Hier komt onze 501® Original Shrink-To-Fit™ jeans (STF™) goed van pas: zelf het krimpen beheersen maakt dat het denim zich aanpast aan jouw unieke lichaam. Met een klein beetje moeite kun je de pasvorm van je dromen vinden en er is geen kleermaker nodig. Wat is dit voor iets magisch? Raw denim is hoe we het noemen. Omdat het denim van onze STF™ jeans na het verfproces onaangeroerd blijft, blijft de stof puur en superstevig. Raw denim is sterker, duurzamer en resistenter dan behandeld denim, dus je STF™ jeans gaat langer mee en is bestand tegen meer slijtage. En tot slot, aangezien deze jeans de pre-krimpfase van de productie omzeilen, kun je zelf bepalen hoeveel ze krimpen.   Dat betekent natuurlijk dat hoe je je Shrink-To-Fit™ jeans voor de eerste keer wast, cruciaal is om te voorkomen dat hij te veel of te weinig krimpt. We raden aan om vast te houden aan de beproefde, stapsgewijze methode hieronder.    ### KOOP ZE GROOT First things first: koop je jeans twee maten groter dan je werkelijke maat. Als je bijvoorbeeld meestal taillemaat 32 en binnenbeenlengte 34 draagt, kun je overwegen om taillemaat 34 en binnenbeenlengte 36 te kopen. Dit zal helpen om het krimpen op te vangen.     ### WORD NAT Hier is het leuke gedeelte! Het is tijd om die jeans aan te trekken en een duik te nemen.  Je kunt gebruikmaken van een badkuip, jacuzzi, de oceaan... wat je maar wilt. Zodra je in het water bent gegleden, leun je achterover en ontspan je gedurende minstens 30 minuten. Hierdoor krijgen de vezels in het denim de kans om losser te worden, waardoor overal een gelijkmatige krimp ontstaat. Merk op dat hoe heter het water, hoe meer krimp je kunt verwachten.    ### WORD DROOG Knijp na het weken het overtollige water uit de pijpen en kom in beweging.  Doe wat rekoefeningen, een paar lunges, raak je tenen aan, zwaai van links naar rechts, dans – geen oordeel hier! Dit helpt het denim om zich aan je lichaam aan te passen en op de juiste plaatsen te krimpen. Voor het beste resultaat houd je je jeans aan tot deze helemaal droog is. Het denim blijft zich tijdens het drogen naar je lichaam vormen, wat resulteert in een pasvorm op maat die echt uniek is voor jou. En onthoud, geduld is hier de sleutel. Het kan een paar uur duren voordat je jeans droog is, maar geloof ons: het is het wachten waard.    ### KRIJG COMPLIMENTEN Voilà! Een perfecte, unieke jeans die past als een droom.
