The chinos I received have 3 holes that have been mended. I tried to return them and discovered there’s no return allowed. I’ve been a Red Tab member for years, and don’t understand why I should settle for factory seconds!

Love the fit and color but I am very disappointed that these pants were mended in three different areas and the back pockets are frayed, I am happy to send photos to back up my claim. I would be hesitant to reorder on line.
