Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you'll love your Levi’s® purchase, but we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 28 days from the date of purchase.
We allow only one exchange per item. If the item is still not satisfactory after the exchange, you may return the item at that time.
Underwear items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method used at time of purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation that we’ve received your parcel and started the return or exchange process. It can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card to process your refund. If you do not see a credit to your account after 14 days or more of receiving the email confirmation, please contact your bank or credit card for more information.
Currently items purchased from a Levi’s® retail store, Levi’s® outlet store or department store cannot be returned or exchanged by post. Items purchased from levi.com cannot be returned or exchanged at a Levi’s® retail store, Levi’s® outlet store or department store.
