We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal.
We don’t accept CODs, personal checks, or layaway plans.
We take security very seriously, so we do everything we reasonably can to protect your information. All confidential data, including payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through our industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Should any unauthorized charges show up on your credit card as a result of shopping with Levi.com, you must alert your credit card provider immediately and in accordance with your credit card’s reporting rules and procedures.
Levi’s will assume liability for purchases made through Levi.com only if the unauthorized use of the your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.
Please note that we’ll never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Levi’s and asking you to do so, do NOT respond and please contact us immediately.
Our 3D Secure technology is designed to reduce the possibility of fraudulent card use by authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction, thereby protecting him or her against unauthorized use of the card. All MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa (VbV) authentication requires that the cardholder register his or her card on the MasterCard or Visa website in order to take advantage of this service.
If your card is registered and eligible at the time of payment, you’ll see a screen from your card issues asking you to validate your unique registration code in order to approve the transaction.
If you’re not registered yet but know that your bank supports either MasterCard SecureCode or VbV, you may be prompted to register for the service as you check out. You can also activate your card here.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PROMO CODES
If an item drops in price within 14 days of your purchase, we’re happy to make a one-time price adjustment. For site and email promotions, we will make an adjustment within 7 days of your purchase, provided that the promotion lasts for 6 hours or longer.

To redeem a promo code, go to “My Bag” to start the checkout process. Once there, you’ll see a field for PROMOTION CODE. Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive), then click APPLY.
You can use one promotion code at a time, and we aren’t able to apply a promotion code after you’ve submitted your order.
