Runs small but timeless style/color. Love the detailing, especially the contrast seam when leg is folded up. It looks more polished. Butt is super flattering! 30” length is perfect at 5’6. I’m a consistent 30 (or 29) in rigid denim and had to size up to 31 in these.

I love these. The look is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a pair of jeans. I do unfortunately have to exchange them…I got my normal size 29/8 and they are just a bit too snug so I am exchanging for one size up. But other than that these are perfect! Not much stretch which is what I wanted but consider that when ordering!

The selvedge ones are always better

Really like the fit and feel of the 501 original Selvedge. It feels more rigid and closer to the vintage ones.
The color is perfect. My only wish is that levis will make a 24/28 for the shorter gals, because hemming them makes then look a little different

My prayers for a better jean, the best jean which had to be the original, have been answered. I knew what I wanted and have been searching for years, some 40 years. You see, I’m Gen X and I had a pair of 501’s button downs in my 20’s. They must have been a pair for boys because I don’t think you made them for girls at that time. Somewhere along the line, I lost them and I never forgot them. They were with me in the absolute darkest time of my life. A time I can never speak of but they bore witness to it, the threads had the experience with me. I’m in an amazing place in my life! I found a deep love that most people can only dream about, I have children who love me and friends who are ride or die. And now I have my 501’s who will be with me through my 3rd Act, until the curtain comes down.

J’en ai acheté deux identiques tellement j’en suis heureuse. En terme de taille, je recommande d’acheter votre taille habituelle et surtout pas deux tailles au-dessus. En le rétrécissant, vous obtiendrez la taille que vous recherchez. En revanche, je recommande de prendre une taille supplémentaire dans la longueur, car car dans mon cas il a rétréci beaucoup plus en longueur qu’en largeur…
