Your shipping options include:
  • Option 1: Prepaid Return Shipping Label–$7.50 deducted from refund
  • Option 2: Standard Return Shipping via UPS
  • Option 3: Return to a Levi's® Retail store

 

OPTION 1: PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL–$7.50
All Levi.com orders include a packing slip with a prepaid, pre-addressed return label. When you use this label to return your package, $7.50 will be deducted from your order refund. Please follow these steps:
  • Attach the prepaid label to your package, remove all extra labels from the outside of the box, and seal securely. To ensure proper credit processing, do not reproduce the prepaid label.
  • Send your package via UPS
  • Track your return shipment through My Account.
  • Credit will be issued to the original purchaser with 30 days of receiving the return, minus the $7.50 prepaid return fee.

 

OPTION 2: STANDARD RETURN SHIPPING
If you prefer not to use the prepaid shipping label included with most orders, you may ship your return package using a carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post). You are responsible for shipping costs. Mail your prepaid package to this address, unless packing slip directs otherwise:

Option 3: RETURN TO LEVI'S® RETAIL STORE
If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing slip, Ship Confirmation e-mail, or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout. Without a receipt of any kind, you will be issued a store credit (redeemable in store only), or the ability to exchange for the most recent selling price of the item. Please follow these steps:
  • Find the nearest retail store using our Store Locator.
  • Before visiting the store, place the item securely in the original package.
  • Enclose the original packing slip with the item and keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. (If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your Ship Confirmation e-mail or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout)
  • Bring the item and packing slip to any Levi's® Retail Store. A store associate will process your return and issue you credit to the account used for your original purchase.
  • If originally purchased by credit card, please allow 30 days for the refund credit to appear on your billing statement—note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Note: Items purchased from Levi.com may not be returned to a department store. Returns may only be made to an official Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store location.
Note: If PayPal™ was your original form of payment, your return can be sent by mail to Levi.com or returned at a physical Levi's® Retail Store. In store returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.

 

Packing Your Return
  • For all Levi.com returns, please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
  • Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it with the items you'd like to return.
  • Remove all extra labels on the outside of the package and seal the bag or box securely.

 

Credits & Refunds
  • Items must be mailed for return within 60 days of purchase to receive credit.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, within 30 days of receiving your return.
  • Credit from gifts or items without a receipt will be issued to the original purchaser/original form of payment or for store credit.
